Adelaide’s Bistro is open from 11:00am - 2:00pm Tuesday through Saturday for lunch, and serves dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting at 5:00pm. The menus vary slightly week-to-week, offering an ever changing variety of homemade soups, fresh salads, and delicious sandwiches. Dinner includes a delicious variety of appetizers, salads, wraps, entrees and desserts.
Adelaide’s Bistro offers a unique Take-&-Bake service, allowing customers to pick up a homemade meal on their way home from work. The food includes a rotating menu of fresh salmon, chicken, pot pies, kids meals, and much more. Simply finish baking the meal in your oven when you get home. Chef Pete is most excited about catering events and parties off-premise in his new food truck, The Cruisin’ Chef! The Cruisin’ Chef will cater any party of any size for any occasion.
Executive Chef Pete Lieber brings over thirty-five years of culinary excellence to The Ginkgo Tree Inn and Adelaide’s Bistro. He has been an active member of the Mount Pleasant community since the early 1990’s, where he was the head chef for the Mount Pleasant Country Club until becoming the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director when Bucks Run Golf Club opened in 2000. Focusing on the customer experience, Chef Pete's food and reputation have become legendary around Mount Pleasant and the surrounding areas.
